Information you choose to share

When you contact InfuseAI, you may provide your name, work email, company, and a description of your application. We use those details to respond, discuss the requested service, and manage the resulting business relationship.

Form processing

When you submit the free application review form, your details are sent through our server to HubSpot, our customer relationship system, so we can respond and manage the conversation. We also record which page and campaign brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters and the referring site) to understand which channels are useful. If the form is unavailable, your email application prepares a draft instead and nothing is submitted.

Analytics and cookies

When enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as pages viewed and form submissions. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is granted by default in the Americas and denied by default elsewhere unless you agree. Attribution details are stored in your browser for up to 90 days. If a HubSpot tracking cookie is present, it may be linked to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and technical records

The website is hosted on Railway. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. The application does not intentionally write inquiry contents into its request logs.

Your choices

Do not send credentials, production records, or confidential source files through the public contact form. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing rk@infuseai.ai. We will review the request and any applicable retention obligations.

Service providers and retention

Railway provides hosting; HubSpot processes form submissions; Google provides analytics when enabled. Information is retained as needed to handle the inquiry and relevant business or legal requirements. Project-specific confidentiality, processing, and retention terms are agreed separately before sensitive project materials are shared.

We may update this notice as the website and service configuration change. The effective date above identifies this version.
